- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, I have a standard pricing system. Price is determined by time, material, danger and difficulty level of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I meet a new customer I introduce myself and I ask to be lead to the location of the reported plumbing issue. I give an estimate and if approved , I begin preparing myself for the job . I layout a clean drop cloth and gather materials and tools . I perform the job task . I clean the job site and remove debris.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have extensive knowledge and experience in my field . I have been trained in both new construction and service/repair. I also have certificates in plumbing 1,2,and3 ,electrical theory and tankless water heater installation/ repair. I aslo have studied trade law and I have been certified by Golden State Contractor School in both Trade Law and Plumbing Knowledge since 2007.
