- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly/Bi-Weekly Meal Service: 5 meals, 4 portions of each meal $350 4 meals, 4 portions of each meal $300 3 meals, 4 portions of each meal $250 2 meals, 4 portions of each meal $200 *Cost of groceries not included. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The chef will have the initial client consultation with you to fully learn your food preferences and dietary needs. The best way for the chef to learn about the client is to prepare their family recipes so please feel free to share your favorite books, family recipes or Pinterest pins! Based on the information that you provide, chef Misaki will suggest menu options for healthy, delicious meals that we know you and your family will enjoy. On the appointment day, chef Misaki will do grocery shopping and prepare meals at your own home kitchen. She will package the meals, label the containers and leave with the shiny kitchen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be honest, I'm not a culinary background chef! Born and raised in Japan by foodie parents, I have been cooking and experimenting in the kitchen since the age of 4. At 17, I studied homemade recipes in southern Italy, and later discovered new and delightful Asian cuisines in a Korean home. Throughout my life I have tasted the "real authentic" food and now I apply my creativity into the authentic meals with the purest local ingredients.
