Bought my second house with Baruch and I must say, it was with great pleasure to have him as my realtor. He was with us all the way from searching to closing. I was never pressured and he always finds time to show us around. Once we found the right place, he informed us of the requirements (i.e ispection, clearing contingencies, etc), which made it easy for me. With his diligence, we closed sooner than expected.
