My passion is helping women like YOU learn how to love your body, live happier, and healthier lives. To be honest, I hate diets! Why? Because I know how it feels to be stuck on that diet merry go round of Losing weight. Gaining Weight. Counting Calories. Binge Eating. Self-Sabotaging. Just to gain the weight back again. It’s an emotionally draining process! Tired of yo-yo dieting, I decided to stop dieting and start my health journey. I uncovered the reasons why I was binge eating and self-sabotaging. Through mindful eating, and the power of positivity, I was able to lose 65lbs and keep it off! My journey was a long and hard process, but it was the most beautiful and freeing experience of my life. Jhay is a very dedicated, understanding and passionate coach. I absolutely love all her tips and how she let go of the reigns a bit as I felt more comfortable with the process. It helps so much that she's been overweight herself, so she can empathize with me whenever I struggle. Trust me, she won't disappoint.

    YOUR PERSONAL JOURNEY OPTIONS Free spirit journey (month to month) (4 sessions per month) 6-month journey (24 sessions) 12-month journey (48 sessions) WHAT YOU GET Each package includes a 45-min consultation to review your health history and goals. Weekly 30-min sessions where we will work on habits, thoughts, and emotions to help you develop a healthy relationship with food and your body. (via Phone, Online or In-Person). You will receive personalized follow-up notes and goals to work on in between each of our sessions. Program materials –nutrition information, life tips, and monthly recipe idea newsletters to help you incorporate sustainable changes. Email, text & phone support in-between our sessions.

    I completed my health coaching certification from Precision Nutrition. Additionally, I received a Master’s in Nutrition from American University.
