- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask (on the phone or email) some introductory questions to get a good understanding of the projects and the client's needs. From there I may send some examples that relate to the project to get a read on aesthetic preferences. Then I will concept, design, and send my client initial proofs to review. Those drafts will be further refined as the client and I dialog, until they're finalized and ready to launch!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in graphic design, a minor in marketing, and continually learn more in my field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different industries from restaurants & bars, schools, hotels and tourism, oceanography & engineering, and medical. I love having a variety of clients to work with and creating unique solutions.
