ibuild's crew were amazing! They renovated our entire house; kitchen, two full baths, one half bath, new interior/exterior paint,refinished hardwood floors and installed new hardwood in kitchen to blend perfectly with existing hardwood. I made a few changes to the original plan, and they were extremely accommodating! I could not be happier with the end result. We ended up needing to complete the project sooner than anticipated and they sent reinforcements to finish everything up, again EXTREMELY accommodating. Their quality of work is wonderful, especially their tile work since we choose some more challenging ptterns and tiles to work with. Will definitely use them again.

iBuild staff are highly professional, courteous and reliable, and I give him positive rating for the quality of work, timeliness, communication and cleanliness. I was bit worried hiring someone without recommendations but after reading positive reviews decided to give it a chance. I structural observation and framing work. Reza came as we agreed upon to take a look at the job and gave me the date when he can start it. His crew was on time on the agreed upon date and consisted of professional and experienced workers without negative attitude. My experience was very pleasant, and I would recommend iBuild Construction & Consulting for your renovation projects.

iBuild Construction stepped in and did a major remodel on my house after the major storm of President's Weekend 2017. My roof got half blown off by the 55 mph wind, and subsequently my master bedroom and bathroom flooded and we needed to redo everything. My husband prefers modern aesthetic, and I prefer Spanish, so when it came to picking tile for the bathroom we were both becoming extremely frustrated. Ali Khosravi, of iBuild, sent me several suggestions and one of them ended up being EXACTLY the perfect middle ground compromise between what my husband and I both liked, and we were thrilled with the price point. Ali and his crew redid the flooring in my master bedroom with tile, painted the walls, and did a major renovation on my master bathroom. Before it was ugly, cramped, with a black toilet and black bathtub, and now it is spa-like and fabulous. By far my favorite room in the house. Ali and Reza were extremely forthcoming on all costs and fees, and I felt very comfortable with them. Everyone raves about my bathroom and 2 of my close friends have also hired them to do kitchen remodels and a bathroom remodel and they have all been very happy. Their pricing is competitive, they work fast, and they are HONEST. What more can a girl ask for?

Where do I begin, iBuild team are totally professional when it comes to customer care the friendly staff and work team were great; all my concerns were answered and suggestions on added improvements in my home were excellent ideas too. Reza worked within my budget since I'm on a fixed income, this was a main concern of mine.
