I have many tools that I bring into the coaching process, tools from: various coaching trainings, as well as years of working in training and education fields, climbing the corporate ladder (sometimes switching careers), attending spiritual and personal growth programs, etc. I bring my adventurous spirit, heart, logic, creativity, and honesty into the coaching that I do.
In my coaching sessions, I will help you slow down and breathe, as we dive deep into the core of the issue, the core of who you are and who you want to be, cutting through the superficial, protective layer of ego chatters and BS. My coaching focuses on both the big picture (vision, strategy, and planning) and concrete actions that you can take right after each coaching session. I will also help you design a strategy to keep yourself accountable to your goals and make consistent progress.
My "holistic" coaching style distinguishes me from other coaches who practice only "mind-based" approaches: in addition to challenging any disempowering thoughts, I can help you access the wisdom of your body and your emotions, your intuitive knowing, your creativity and imagination, the longings of your Spirit and Soul, and learnings from your culture and heritage.
