- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We send a quote or pricing structure based on the information and needs of the customer. 2. We set up a free estimate with the customer either though an onsite visit or using pictures with text / email. 3. We schedule the work as soon as possible. 4. On the day of the job, we arrive at the customer's location and walk through the entire site to ensure the customer and all JDog employees are on the same page. We ensure the job is safe, professional, and courteous at all times. 5. When the job is complete, we review the work, collect payment, and do a final walk-through with the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of residential, large corporations, and commercial properties. We service non-profits, homeowners, contractors, and everyone in between. Junk removal serves several sectors in any market!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
- Ask questions of the business, operations, and employees. We always want our customers to feel comfortable with the people they allow into their homes and work on projects together. - We encourage our customers to inquire how the provider disposes of their belongings. At JDog, we have a strong focus on environmental solutions and try to recycle and repurpose items as much as possible.
