- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically will provide a price estimate for the whole job, that will include a time estimate to complete the job, based on a number of factors (number of rooms/bathrooms, time since last cleaning, standard or deep cleaning requested). If the actual time to complete the requested cleaning is going to exceed the initial estimate, I will bring this to your attention as soon as possible, and get your approval prior to working any additional hours to complete the job. Additional time would be charged an agreed upon hourly rate (based on original estimate / estimated hours).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, once a client indicates via Thumbtack that they are interested in hiring my cleaning service, I will promptly respond to discuss scheduling a specific day and time for their appointment. I will ask the client to provide their address, and also a contact number and email address to facilitate communication outside of thumbtack (this information confirms the appointment in my calendar). I will ask the client to mark the thumbtack request as 'hired', and promptly answer any specific questions they have, utilizing the client's preferred method of communication (call/text/email). I will send a reminder text the day before an appointment, and make every effort to arrive on time.. I will do a brief walk through with the client to get an understanding of their priorities and expectations for the job.

20 years ago I worked in el rancho motel in mazarían Sinaloa Mexico. And than with my ex that I founded I’m very good in my work.
