- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the complexity of the assignment and how quick the customer would like it back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will either have a phone call (preferred method) or be in contact via email which ever the customer prefers. We will obtain the basic information on what the customer is looking for and then we will schedule a time for the property inspection to take place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To obtain my Certified Residential Appraisers license I had to take multiple classes, pass a state exam, and do 2,500 hours as an intern under a Certified Residential Appraiser. To obtain my Real Estate Brokers License I had to take multiple classes and pass the state exam. I have been in the Real Estate Profession for over 14 years.
