I brought my first investment property for $360,000 and I had a $40,000 budget to spend to flip the house. I was referred to Rudy's Home Improvement by Russell Walker from Keller Williams Realty. Russell said Rudy has been flipping houses for him for about 20 years, I contacted Rudy told him what my budget was and I really need to stick to it. He discussed with me my options and then proceeded to do the work. His work was done in a timely fashion. He worked on my house for about 5 weeks and he stuck to the budget. When he was done my house set on the market for about 2 weeks and it was sold for $475,000. Now I'm working on getting my next investment property. THANKS TO RUDY'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS TWO THUMBS UP!

I had him reconstruct my bathroom. He was always on time. Open to my suggestions. The work was very good an he finished on time. All together it was a very good experience!
