- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices average about 40$ per man hour. This covers the cost of labor, insurance, supplies, background checks, training, and other business-related expenses that help us give our clients the best possible experience. We try our best to give an accurate estimate virtually but first time cleaning prices are subject to change in the case that the condition of the home is extremely out of the ordinary when we arrive and requires much more time to be finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an estimate, date, and time are established between the client and our director of operations, Kali Klean will collect the necessary information to reserve a place on our schedule. Our clients will receive text message reminder one day before their scheduled appointment. One or more of our housekeepers will be dispatched to the home and the client can pay via invoice sent by email.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that who you hire has insurance and vets employees properly. This increases costs but is worth it. If there is severe damage done to your home or the housekeeper becomes injured on your property, you don't want to be held responsible. When you hire a housekeeper you are entrusting your home to them, make sure that it will be treated with care and you are covered in the case of an accident.
