Lyle was great to work with as a personal trainer. My main goal was to put on some muscle mass and get in better shape and there's no question he helped me every step of the way and not just with my exercise program but also advice on nutrition and sleep. I had the pleasure of working with Lyle for several months via specialized, personal training sessions to get toned and into shape. His ability to personalize training sessions to your specific goals and needs is second to none. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always had a passion for health promotion and fitness and I love implementing my knowledge as a Doctor of Physical Therapy into my personal Training services. I was a trainer prior to becoming a Physical Therapist and really enjoy helping people with their goals whether it’s improving their health, decreasing pain, or maximizing athletic performance.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Look for someone with professional credentials that relies on scientific principles to deliver their services. They should also be asking about and have a strong understanding of your specific goals and values in order to deliver best results.
