Introduction: My name is Todd Coburn, I have over 18+ years experience and a Certified Personal Trainer with ACE, IFFA, CPR, First Aid and Yoga Instructor certifications and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Health for all your nutrition needs. After proudly serving 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, I’ve always found myself in a leadership position and wanted to continue leading individuals to be proud, strong and confident. Now I help people of all aspects of life and teach them how to strengthen their core ideals and how to lead them to a greater conception of themselves. Fitness and exercise can permeate in to other areas of your life, like your relationships, your work and family life – I will give you my all, you will gain a valuable friend and life coach as well. Personal training is so much more than just the weight loss, muscle gain and toning - it's about feeling better. It's about feeling more confident in your own skin and confident in your clothes! You'll be training at my private personal training facility, so you won't need to deal with the busy "gym" scene and as an added bonus there’s no membership fees. Personal training is absolutely worth it when it delivers a feeling of increased confidence, increased mobility, a sense of accomplishment and others around you will take notice. Todd Coburn is a master of his craft. His workouts are challenging and he has a vast knowledge of fitness, nutrition and mechanics of the human body. His positive attitude is always uplifting and he knows just what to say to keep my head in the game. I lost 19 pounds in my first 6 weeks, 26 total, and could not be happier with my results. Both of his gyms are awesome but I definitely prefer the Mission Bay location. The cross breeze inside the warehouse is refreshing and keeps the gym nice and cool even during the spring and summer months. The bathrooms are always clean and the parking for the gym is extensive . I've had an all round positive experience working out with Todd Coburn. He is without a doubt the best personal trainer I have ever worked with.

Been here for six weeks. I have Todd Coburn as a personal trainer. Super knowledgeable and super easy to get along with. Place is great and they tailor your workout to what you want which is great. Tell them your needs and Todd gets it done. Scheduling is flexible and you get your moneys worth here easy. I would recommend to anyone. Also he work around injuries and strengthening weaknesses that you may have which is great. I have a torn Acl and my knee feels so much stronger now.

I thoroughly enjoy all the training sessions I've had with Todd, he's very informative and I've already seen a drastic transformation within the first month. I can't wait to increase to 4 sessions a week come the new year, the best investment I've made in myself.
