No standard pricing - depends on what is involved. Each client has their own unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client either in person or by phone to determine client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a tax preparer since 1997. After working in this field for a few years I advanced my credentials by becoming an enrolled agent. As an enrolled agent I am federally licensed (not limited to any particular state) to prepare returns as well as stand in the place of clients to represent them before the IRS in audits and for collection issues. In addition I am a USTCP which means that I can represent clients in Tax Court if needed.
