- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My quoted fee is all-inclusive. This includes consultation, shooting time, and final retouched images delivered as high-resolution (300 dpi) JPG image files. You own full rights to all images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Time permitting, I like to schedule a call or an in-person meeting to discuss the details of the shoot and review logistics. We can review your image needs and how they will be consumed by your customers (web, social media, print, email). This will determine how we shoot the images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied Chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University and earned an MBA at Johns Hopkins University. I worked in IT for my early career before pursuing Commercial Photography as a full-time profession. I've found that I'm good at it because I love it and and am 100% committed.
