- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a low rate of $74/hour with a minimum two-hour appointment. So the initial charge would be $148. If the appointment goes over the two hour minimum, overage rate of $74/hr would apply for any additional hours. Customers provide a card number up front to book an appointment, but we dont charge the card until after the service is provided. We also offer a guarantee that we will get the job done right on the first visit while providing a convenient and comfortable experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers get started by telling us their location, the type of tech issue they need help with and when theyd like to set up an appointment. Then we connect them with an expert Techmate in their area, who will come to their office (or any location they prefer) to perform the repair they need, when they need it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Techmates are tech support experts, with relevant training and experience for the types of devices they service. Techmates must go through extensive interviewing to qualify, and we only accept 5% of those who apply. Whether they specialize in troubleshooting networks or printer repair or configuring smartphones and tablets, we only work with the top-rated professionals.
