- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. But my price includes tolls and parking. I also cleanup eveytime. Im NOT a Licensed Contractor so your project will not exceed $495 including labor & materials that I purchase specifically for your project. My hourly rate is $50 per hour with a two to three hour minimum. I dont have employees so it will be just me. I ask to be paid upon completion. I will provide a written receipt upon request. I also provide Emergency Services and am on call after hours.

I started remodeling by buying, remodeling and selling houses. I have applied my previous experiences to my handyman trade.
