FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of course with every video, details are what matters. We know that price is typically a concern but even more of a concern is quality. We strive to give the best quality of a product as possible. With that being said, if you are working with a certain budget, all efforts will be made to meet you at your budget with an honest assessment of what is needed and what isn't.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to find out what my client's goal for their video is. Whether it be to create memories with their family, attract new business to their company, or create a great video for online promotion, everyone has a goal in mind for needing video. So, with this in mind, I like to create a gameplan (if one doesn't exist already) for not only how we will go about shooting the video to achieve their goal, but what to do once the video is finished as well. Often times, clients have an idea in their head of what they would like the end result to look like, but they don't know how to get that idea across. So, my job is to aide my clients in getting that idea of their perfect video to something tangible just as much as it is to record and edit the video.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everyone from business clients in high-rise buildings, to clothing brands, to community centers, to birthday party planners. Art can be made anywhere and we can work with you on your idea or event.
