Introduction: My clients and members is what makes my business and services stand out. When I look around in a class or with couple, even personal training I see strong women. I see both married and single women with families who take a measly 4% of their day and devoted it too themselves. We at N' Motion Fitness call it "ME TIME". Yes, I I bring the knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism and infectious laugh, but these ladies bring heart, commitment to themselves and an authentic desire toward having a healthier lifestyle and stronger body. Simply put..."THEY SHOW UP" In honor of my amazing mom, I've created a fitness studio for women. My specialty is training women of all fitness levels. And my greatest joy is the look my clients get when they've lost 2 dress sizes or drop 32lbs or their first real push up or told they'll never run again because of an injury. And I can't forget the nine per/postnatal clients who now have beautiful, healthy babies. Hard work yields great results. Charlie's classes are the best thing that's ever happened in my fitness life. After years of under-utilized gym club memberships, random bootcamps, inconsistent running routines, a pregnancy and a growing frustration at my repeated failed attempts to establish a sustainable fitness lifestyle... I finally got my Eureka moment! The answer was to be found in my neighborhood tiny gym. Three times a week, I find in Charlie's small classes (typically between 3 and 7 participants) more personal attention than in any conventional gym classes and more camaraderie than in a personal training session. Charlie is no-nonsense, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows how to keep us motivated and engaged. His workouts are always different and appropriately challenging. Over the past 7 months, I have been noticing a steady increase in my strength and stamina. I have also been observing my body slowly change in all the right places, and my confidence grow. Worth every penny!

I'm a 47-year-old mom, mostly sedentary, and have been going to 'NMotion Fitness for training for 2 years. Coach Charlie puts us all through our paces, with a combination of strength training and cardio, plus stretching before and after. It works for women of all ages and fitness levels. I go to the 6AM class and participants range from early twenties to late forties. For me, it's been a great way to fight back against middle age spread, saddle bags and bingo wings. My arms are stronger now than they've ever been. What works for me with the small group classes is being motivated to push myself; I'm too easy on myself at the gym. Charlie switches up the classes to keep us strong and interested. He enjoys working with women and is unfazed by female topics of conversation. It's also been a great way for me to meet other women in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

I have had a lot of trainers over the years, but Charlie is the best. THE BEST! I was very skeptical at first - when I hear "women's gym" I think of "Curves". I wanted a real no-nonsense workout and a great trainer to get me in shape and help me feel strong and positive about my body. I called Charlie and signed up for a private session almost a year ago. I have been working out with him twice per week since then and it has been the best decision I made in 2015. As a private coach Charlie offers exactly what I need: -Positive and strict workout regimen -Huge variety of challenging workouts - Charlie gave me my first boxing lesson and it was a butt kicker....as is pretty much everything he does. He varies my "routine" a lot so that there is no chance of me getting bored. His workouts are not gimmicky - lots of cool exercises on TRX, weights, body weight resistance, interval training, innovative ways to include battle rope exercises, etc. Also, a couple months after starting our workouts I got pregnant and I was able to continue working out through most of my pregnancy. He has gradually adjusted our sessions, but I still feel that I have been able to maintain my strength and am excited to return to our hard core training sessions now that my baby girl is here. So, whether you are an accomplished athlete or are trying to get in shape, Charlie will help you achieve your goals. -Charlie motivates me to do more and achieve more without being a jerk about it. He has pretty much figured out how much I will push myself and then nudges me just a bit beyond it. He has a great sense of humor, provides excellent corrections to make sure that my form is good and the workout continues to be challenging. He is very attentive to my needs, except when I am to hold a push-up position - watch out! That 45 second hold can become a 90 second hold... -I have also taken classes with Charlie and they are just as challenging (if not more so) as the private sessions. He has assembled an amazing group of women - hard working and funny. Don't feel that you need private sessions to get in shape. Join one of his classes and you will see results just as fast. -Most importantly, Charlie is extremely reliable. I have had many trainers who wouldn't show up on time, cancel at the last minute, have various degrees of commitment to my workouts from one day to the next. This is definitely not the case with Charlie. He is like clockwork - hardworking, consistent and is 100% committed to making sure that you get the most out of your hour with him. Lastly, the gym is impeccably CLEAN! There is no gym smell. It feels and looks like a beautiful studio. But if you don't feel like being in the gym, then Charlie is able to adjust your workout to be in the park or wherever you prefer to be. I am grateful to have found Charlie last year and I highly recommend that you try out his classes. You won't be disappointed.

Coach Charlie is simply the best. I've been working with him for nearly ten years, and my attitude toward fitness, nutrition and body image has changed completely with his help. Because I hate exercise and am unmotivated, I have twice a week training sessions in my home. I like not having to use machines, just weights, bands and a matt. I still hate the hard work every time, but the great results and Charlie's sense of humor make it worth it. He never gives up on me, and in ten years I've lost 30 lbs and have muscles in places I never imagined. For someone so nonathletic, it's a miracle. Thank you, Coach Charlie!
