Introduction: I make tailor made training programs focusing on your needs and wants, posture correction, mobility, athletic performance, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, all to help you feel and look awesome!
Sessions usually last between 60-90 minutes, we can train in your house, in a gym or my favorite, out in a park.
The type of exercise that I tend to include are bodyweight exercises (calisthenics, gymnastics, parkour), mobility exercises/stretches and coordination/balance games, among other things.
