Introduction: I make tailor made training programs focusing on your needs and wants, posture correction, mobility, athletic performance, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, all to help you feel and look awesome! Sessions usually last between 60-90 minutes, we can train in your house, in a gym or my favorite, out in a park. The type of exercise that I tend to include are bodyweight exercises (calisthenics, gymnastics, parkour), mobility exercises/stretches and coordination/balance games, among other things. Feel good and enjoy the process! My favorite part of coaching clients is to see them succeed in fulfilling their goals making long lasting change that improves the quality of their life.

Rodrigo's approach to wellness goes beyond a simple diet and exercise program. Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds or recovering from an injury his holistic method seeks to understand your lifestyle and find ways in which you can improve it. In my case I wanted to improve my strength and reduce my stress levels. Rodrigo incorporated many familiar body weight exercises into my training, with lots that I had no idea existed; all aimed at increasing my strength as well as improving my overall mobility and flexibility. He also incorporated breathing exercises that I could use at the end of my training or throughout my day, to help calm my mind and center myself when I felt stressed. Rodrigo is not your typical drill sergeant or muscle bro with little interest in your health beyond your fitness, working with him is like working with a friend who wants to help you improve in all aspects of your health.

I was the kind of guy that thought: "exercising frequently is not for me". I tried to work out in the past many times, but made no progress. Then my wife introduced me to Rodrigo. He was a great listener, recognized the challenge since day one and was very committed for a whole year (never missed an appointment) until we both felt I was ready. Rodrigo works in a truly holistic way. He brings the best of traditional gymnastics, calisthenics, jiujitsu and other disciplines to fun routines. But also, he works with the body as a whole - mentally, emotionally and physically. Working out with Rodrigo as a personal trainer was a great experience. A pleasure to work with and talk to. Highest recommendation.

Holistic movement course for over a year. Great coach both technically and as a motivator to pursue higher goals. Can't take away what a nice person he is too. Had great times and fun. Creativity and lack of boring routines helped significantly. Highly recommended.

If you want to improve your health this is a must. His knowledge ranges from a variety of martial arts to gymnastics, making things really interesting. I can tell you that this is one of the best experiences of my life, because his training is just as fun as playing with your best friends, and the best is that you are getting in shape.

Rodrigo inspired me to be active and to watch what I feed my body. I learned how to work different areas of my body and also learned how to breathe during the exercises. He basically coached me to live my life better in lots of ways. Most importantly, he taught me to have fun! I enjoyed every workout and was always looking forward to tomorrow's session.
