Came over to check out a furnace that did not work. The technicians arrived on time and were super friendly, unfortunately they were unable to diagnose the problem since they were unable to figure out why there was no power running into the furnace. Honest and reasonably priced business. I have an old furnace that everyone was refusing to repair because they don't work with my furnace brand, except, United Appliance repair. They came in, and after some investigation, Derek figured out the problem. They called the manufacturer to get the needed parts, and within one week my furnace was repaired. My furnace is in the attic, which makes maintainance harder, and a full replace expensive since it would need to open up the roof.
