- Discounts available for buying sessions in bulk and/or for the frequency of sessions per week. - Additional negotiable cost for traveling outside of San Francisco. - 24-hour cancellation policy. No cost for rescheduling at least a day in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Introduction and negotiation on price, frequency, and scheduling. - A short questionnaire to establish goals, limitations, and health concerns. - Scheduling the first complimentary session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ISSA certified and worked previously as a personal trainer for Equinox. I also am currently enrolled in the NSCA strength and conditioning program which is known as the most distinguished program in the industry. I am a former swim instructor and boxed for 2 years.
