- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed rate of $35/hr as far as basic cleaning. but it can always vary. depending on what will you like us to get done and how often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to meet the custommer, check out the place. See what you'd like to get done, and how often. From then give you a better price depending on how often you'd like your place done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as cleaning education there's none we can certified but we're educated on what we use and when it is to use to not only clean but also take well care of your house and furniture. As far as general education we have completed high school and got college credits.
