Sandra pays ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS!!!
(i.e: organizing the drinks & fast food sauces in my fridge, washing the fridge drawers, the top of the fridge, the dust on my window blinds & organizing the millions of bobby pins all over the place by type :)
Sandra and I do not share the same first language, but I've had no problem communicating with her in English via text message WHEN SHE IS AT HOME.
[NOTES]:
- try to keep the initial communications short & simple...
communicating with her in person is much easier (at least for me),
using an online translation app & body language :D
- be sure to setup an EXACT time & location to meet ahead of time
(in SF be EXACT - like a restaurant or "trashcan by the parking lot" :)
- Sandra is MOBILE & her CAR is FULLY LOADED with professional,
industrial supplies & equipment - EVEN A JETPACK VACUUM!!!
- she charged me DIRT CHEAP rates (~40% of other Thumbtack bids)
that would not even be considered legal, so I tipped her 200%
