Accredited Chef, Rouxbe Culinary School.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I work in marketing full time but my passion has always been to cook and host dinner parties. I decided with a bit of encouragement from a friend to go to culinary school and am now an accredited chef.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am creating a healthy lifestyle website that is going to have a 30 day home chef course on it that I'm very excited about!
