- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of services our clients are looking for. It is typical a combination of fixed charges for specific services provided together with a percentage of the gross monthly rent collected from the tenants. To manage multiple properties from the same owner, we typically offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either email, talk on the phone or get together to determine what type of property management a new client is looking for. Based on this "needs assessment", we draft a comprehensive proposal that not only provides a rental analysis of the property but also outlines our services and specifies our pricing and conditions. After a walk-through of the property, we discuss the details of the management agreement and once the contract is signed-off, we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an MBA in Telecom and Management that is based on an Electrical Engineering Degree, we understand the technology aspect of the Silicon Valley. Having worked for various small, mid and large size companies in Europe and the Silicon Valley for the past 30+ years, we have risen through the ranks based on providing exceptional customer service. Throughout our lifes, we have owned and managed our own properties and HOAs which has brought us to the current engagement with PMI San Francisco. We are licensed to perform Real Estate transactions as well as Certified Community Manager for Associations (CMCA). We are affiliate members of PPMA (Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco) as well as CAI (Community Association Institute) while belonging to Property Management Inc., which is the fastest growing property management franchise organization in the US.
