- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on time estimated from start to finish, and supply a detailed project specific estimate to each potential client. If my time exceeds the range of the initial estimate, the client would be notified as soon as possible to decide how they would like to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it is helpful to learn what the budget, scope/deliverables and timeframes are for your specific project. If we're a good match, then an initial phone or onsite (if local) meeting to get a feel for your brand or style expectations, and for me to show you some past work. A detailed estimate would then follow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Studio Art and Graphic Design, and have many years experience working with freelance clients and in-house within a variety of different industries including: advertising, finance, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, nonprofit, travel and tech.
