What I liked about working with Chef Liu was her sincere interest and patience in teaching me, a beginner, to be able to prepare my own good tasting cuisine. When the dishes (green salad and lamb soup) were finished I felt confident to prepare my own meals for my own family and friends. Her knowledge and skills were great and the results tasted good too.
