- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on an hourly fee. I do offer discounts for clients who commit to working together for at least 3 months. Most clients are with me anywhere from 6 months to a year. I also provide "maintenance" visits for anyone who has reached their health goals and would like continued support and accountability to maintain their healthy lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have decided to work together we will spend an hour or so discussing your health history, goals, schedule, lifestyle, likes & dislikes etc. Then we will schedule regular recurring visits to review your success/ challenges and to provide ongoing support and accountability.
