L!fe Catalyst - Coaching and Consulting

Introduction: It is a result oriented approach for excellent growth opportunities. My academic qualification (Ph.D in Psychology), training and experience in career and life transitions working with people and groups from diverse backgrounds. My most recent projects has been developing cultural competences in organizational psychology. Overall, as a L!fe Catalyst I focus in incremental experiential practices that enhance greater capacity for self awareness. Coaching is often experienced as a perfect venue for psychosocial skill building. As a L!fe Catalyst, I focus in incremental experiential practices, increasing personal and social competencies on a daily basis. My goal is to help individuals develop: - A strong sense of one's self-worth and capabilities - Accurate self-assessment - Self-confidence with greater capacity for self awareness In addition, I enjoy helping individuals and groups enhance their capacity the lead in problem-solving and conflict resolution as well as taking action to prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Overall, my work as a L!fe Catalyst is an opportunity to apply my skills and witness the positive results in a short period of time.
