- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are most likely going to be based on food prices only. Staffing, rentals, production fees, and tax will all be additional costs. We are a full service catering company that does not typically do drop-offs. There may be some situations where we can build a food station and have only one staff on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to connect on the phone as soon as possible to better understand your vision for an event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of customers! From a 20 person private dinner to a 2,000 person conference and everything in-between. If good food is your priority then we want to be your choice for catering!
