- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We spend a lot of time working with our customers to work out the best event for a price that makes sense. Our pricing reflects our awesome ingredients and quality of staffing. Also, pricing will vary with the number of guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love talking with our customers to determine exactly what they want for the special event. We will start with a phone consultation and are happy to continue either over phone or email for follow up questions and final details. Our goal is to make sure your event is a success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our culinary staff is professionally trained in many different areas both in culinary school settings and in the workplace. Our management staff each bring over 20 years of experience to the table to make your event a success.
