Introduction: The part of what I do that excites me is being able to help someone's quality of life improve. I have the knowledge and tools to create change in any and everybody. Not only with how well they move, but also getting them to their goal and ensuring they are getting the best possible service. I have worked with an array of clients. I have worked with athletes and gotten them in better condition either off season or in general. I have also worked with those who have no experience in any physical activity to those who are currently highly active. I offer a different perspective on training including, correctives, mobility work, strength and conditioning, fat loss, powerlifting and general health and fitness. I ensure that the clients goal is always kept in mind while also making sure they perform at their best.

Ray is a great trainer! He is very knowledgeable and can easily adjust a workout to meet the specific needs of his clients. After just a few weeks of training with Ray, I lost more weight than I had in over 4 months working with a different trainer. Regardless of your age or fitness level, Ray is a priceless addition to any workout regimen!

Ray has been my strength trainer for over a year now. He is extremely knowledgeable, and although he focuses on results, a client's safety is a high priority for Ray. He focuses on form, and has an excellent understanding of Olympic-style power lifting. Besides the results that come from his workouts, I enjoy our sessions due to our wide ranging discussions, and the laughs we share. I believe that Ray would be an excellent trainer for anyone who is interested in getting in better shape and stronger at any level.

I've been training with Ray for about a year. Not only is he extremely knowledgable about fitness and nutrition, he cares. I was going through a tough time when we first met and he truly wanted to know how things were going in my life. He motivated me to care for myself! A year later I'm doing much better and LOVE my training sessions! I'm not prioritizing myself and look forward to working with Ray for a long time! Get a spot before he runs out of space, because he will!

I have been working with Ray for several months. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health. He will get to know you and keep your personal goals and any physical limitations in mind when creating your workout. His facility is also nice. It is very clean, never too cowded like other gyms, and everyone that works there is friendly.

Ray is an excellent trainer who is extremely flexible and reasonable with his methods. He definitely coaches you on movements relative to your goals and is often continuing his education and expertise of his field. I would highly suggest him to anyone considering him as their personal coach for whatever health goals you have in mind!
