Introduction: Our goal is to get our clients to get our clients to all around fitness, shed fat, gain strength, and become healthier by focusing on short, intense workouts using a combination of body weight and weightlifting. Here at Get Fit{Camp}, we're a bit different. We're a gym that focuses on a well rounded strength and conditioning program, weight lifting, bodyweight training, mobility and metabolic conditioning, while focusing on proper movement and relative intensity. We keep our class sizes small, because we know that you are our walking billboards and our best marketing, in order to provide the best quality coaching as possible. We will be there to both support and challenge you, because a good coach needs to be able to do both. We will work together as coach and a client to provide the safest, cleanest and most supportive gym that we can offer. The path to health and fitness isn't an easy one, but it's a rewarding one.
