- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Essen treats each inquiry in a personal way. It all varies on the type of event, the menu type, etc. All pricing will be determined after consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to establish a consultation date between Essen and the new customer. Second step is conduct the consultation which will consist of getting to know the customer, figuring out the scope of work, and planning out the event. Lastly is to sign an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Essen has over a decade of culinary experiences that range from health & wellness, catering, and hospitality. Also our operations team has many years of managing private events, corporate parties, and intimate dinners. Essen comes from a strong nutritional background which promotes healthy living.
