FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep things affordable for you so we do an excellent job for you and the average cost is much less expensive than other companies. We do ask for a 2 hour minimum per job. That price is strictly just for general labor and does not include any costs for materials or other items. We do have some specialty workers if you need something like that. You may discuss the details with the assigned worker if they need to charge more but guarantee that you are not likely to find any other professional service charging less. We are fully insured with $1,000,000 liability coverage policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for getting and keeping new customers is to provide excellent service We hope to maintain and grow our customer base by consistent and reliable friendly service I am a former owner of a Legal Typing Service where I managed a team of five to seven employees within our two office locations in Santa Clara and Gilroy for over five years. I have over 20 years of Customer Service experience and over 10 years of Inside and Outside Sales and Account Management experience working for several different companies as well as self employment. As a little girl my father who was a "Jack of All Trades" used to teach me EVERYTHING about landscaping, yard work, painting (interior and exterior), fixing fences, mixing and laying concrete and brick. I have torn up and laid new carpet, changed the insides of a toilet, simple household electrical work, set up and managed computer networks at homes and businesses and I am good with setting up business and home telephone systems and home entertainment systems. My mother used to teach me about gardening as a little girl and I became interested in environmentally efficient friendly landscape design, permaculture and urban gardening. I also founded a moving company in the past. About 5 years ago I created a Landscaping Business with a couple of other guys who have since moved on. And as far as cleaning goes, I believe Motel Maid was my very first job when I was 16. After that I worked cleaning time share units at a resort facility located in North Shore Lake Tahoe where I lived for 10 years. I also helped another woman with her home based cleaning service. Recently I have been cleaning once a week for a married couple who rents their unit in San Jose using Airbnb
