Please bear with my effusive review, but our party was last weekend, and I'm still smiling about the experience. Trifecta catered my wife's 40th birthday party, a sit-down dinner in a private home with 33 guests. Our experience with Trifecta was absolutely amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough. The food was incredible. Super fresh (the octopus tentacles were still moving on the cutting board...seriously!), really tasty, and totally unique (my personal favorites were the octopus croquettes and Hamachi tacos!). Lai, Ryan, and Vicky were chill, friendly, accommodating, resourceful (the onsite kitchen was a little tight), and just really cool, fun people who radiate a genuine passion for their craft. They're badass, talented chefs who are also really nice people . . . that's a rare combo. I can't wait to throw a party with them again.

Trifecta is incredible - they worked with us to create our ideal menu (multi course sit down meal for 34), and every detail was perfect. The service was personal and professional and the FOOD!!! Several people said it was the best they'd ever had.
