I am very very disappointed and sad to say that I have to change my rating of Daniela's crew on Thumbtack. They came to my house twice, and generally were fine, but on the third time they damaged an expensive shower head while cleaning the bathroom and also the wall base while vacuuming. Attached photos. I gave Daniela multiple options to address this, sent her a number of texts and emailed her the pictures showing the damage, but she didn't do anything about it (I gave her a couple days to view the pictures and respond) Too bad. There’s nothing good I can say about this company. I had schedule a cleaning the day before my sons first birthday party and housewarming party. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm, but at 3:02 she messaged me saying they were unable to make it and they need to reschedule to next week. Let’s also add that it was after 3 pm on a Friday of a 3 day weekend due to Memorial Day. So we couldn’t find anyone to help clean. Changing my review from 5 start to 1. Her cleaners are excellent and I would call them every 3 weeks. But Daniela herself is completely unprofessional in terms of responding. I text her to schedule a cleaning and sometimes she doesn't respond till5 days after ! Who has that kind of time to wait around? Not me.Sep 9, 2017Verified
Clean the house. Stairs and hallway were not vacuumed. Bathroom mirrors not wiped down. Personal items moved around not put back. Asked to tect pr call before comung to door so I could secure the dogs, did not do this. Language barrier was a problem.Sep 4, 2017Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically talk or text to the new customers telling them what they are getting for the price. Scheduling a time and date that works for both the customers and us and telling them that we are going to send someone that is going to do the work right.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Was working for company that would send different cleaners all the time but the owners of the house loved my work every time i would go and then slowly started getting business for myself and thats one thing i like to do is keep the same cleaner going to the same house.
