- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price. My commission is based off the sale or purchase of a home. The seller determines the commission rate for every home. Just like any job, if the commission rate is not consistent with the expected work load and marketing needs, then I will be honest and walk away. I do provide staging and all marketing (print, social and open house expenses) for my clients included in my commission fee. Remember, I will only get paid when the home sells. I will never be afraid to walk away from a deal that is not beneficial to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out the customer's needs. If buying a home- How big? How many rooms, bathrooms etc? What neighborhoods are you interested in? Are school districts important? What features woukd their xream home have? Then I would get them pre-qualified so we have a price range. After that, I would start searching both on/off market listings that meet my buyers needs. If selling the home- I would meet with the client and find out their most important needs. What is the motivation for selling now? Then present my plan to get their home sold which eoulf include explaining the marketing strategy and walk through the hone to determine any necessary things that need to be done to get ready to sell. After that I would schedule an appt with my team to determine timeline for inspections, order professional pictures, staging and any necessary repairs before we list the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the State of California Board of Real Estate to conduct business as a realtor. I am also a member of National Association of Realtors and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. I have over 20 years experience negotiating contracts and providing excellent customer service. I have always put my customer's experience first.
