FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependant on availability. Because of the complex nature of handyman work and the wide range of project types, I've found it's best to do quote each project out individually and decide whether both parties would benefit from either hourly pricing or a flat rate. Either way I strive to provide consistent quality and complete projects in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually introduce myself either through word of mouth or a reference and then speak with the customer directly and decide if we are a good fit. This meeting can happen virtually or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under many tradesmen, but the bulk of my learning is through hands on and a desire to learn new techniques and methods. Much of my education comes from simply starting projects and then refined with online education.
