FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always charge by the project and never by the hour. No matter how many hours are needed to complete the job. You price will never change. We are also very flexible and can adapt to any size project or budget. With so many different solutions I am sure we can find the right option for you. No matter what you decide for you project, we will make sure its done right and effectively. Once we are finished we will then give you full access and control. The way it should be, you are paying for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not re-invent the wheel, we just follow proven methods & strategies. First, we listen to what you have in mind. Then we research your online presence & spot any potential issues or missing information. After we have all necessary information including not only what you want but also what you need, the we start creating a first draft for them. This will be a totally personalized draft not a template. After they see what we can do and they decide to move forward we then give them a few price options and packages to choose from. After that it just takes us a few days to deliver the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any special training from an institution. The reason forbthat is very simple, things are just moving too fast for any given school or academy to provide any real and sustainable value. I have a long background in IT from my old company, but all my knowledge for Web Design and Digital Marketing is just based on trial and error. The good news for you is that you do ot have to waste so much time and money. I have tried pretty much all website builders on the market today and almost all digital marketing platforms available. I am confident to be able to help you or at least point you to the right direction. I have been able to help many clients have a working and effective website and marketing strategy to keep them profitable.
