- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right up front, we’re not a one-size-fits-all health and fitness company. Our staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable...we don’t just throw people into random workouts and pretend we’re doing right by the client. We want you to know we have several services and options that can be combined/bundled to meet the individual needs and wants of our clients/members/community. Awareness of those needs and wants is vital for a fun and rewarding experience, and we’d love to hear more about you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to learn all about you and how we can help you achieve your goals. Spend 15-30 minutes on the phone with one of our friendly and knowledgeable Personal Trainers and they'll guide you through the next step(s) to success! Upon completion of a Phone Consultation a COMPLIMENTARY 60 MINUTE in-person assessment and workout session can be available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PhD, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting (USAW), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) are just a FEW of the professional credentials our staff has acquired. Too much to list! But, it’s really about the on-going education process our team and our community journey through every day. We on-board only the smartest and highest caliber coaches and provide them AND our clients with all the resources, education, and support they need to be awesome.
