- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing as we source directly from farms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your Thumbtack message, we will follow up with you to get more details, write a formal quote, and set up a phone conference call where we can review your quote together and answer any questions you might have. Your quote will expire in 2 weeks from the date of the conference call. We have an expiration date on all our quotes because floral prices and shipping costs are constantly changing and we only work with a few events per week, so by having an expiration date we can open up your wedding date to other brides. Some days are really popular and fill up quickly. Once we go through the changes on your contract, final costs are recalculated. To secure your wedding date and the quote prices, we require a 50% deposit before the quote's expiration date.
