- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A few months before: Get to know the couple, what wakes them up in the morning, what's nostalgic, what's their outlook? Construct an image of the memory to keep on their special day. Give a variety of reference to work out color palette and theme. Creative process: Browse flowers, give the couple (or as many as they ask) updates on what's seasonally available. A few updates on template and flower choices to finalize. Get creative! Deliver!
