Introduction: I offer career and lifestyle coaching to alpha business women to support them in finding work they love, and getting paid what they want. I work with intelligent, adventurous women who are looking to transition careers, start a business, or simply rediscover the love in what they do. I am a Certified Professional Coach through the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and I'm on a never-ending pursuit of happiness and purpose. The last 5 years of my life I have dedicated to mastering the tools of career and lifestyle design, as well as wellbeing. I have found that finding lasting joy in work is both an external journey as well as an internal practice. My clients range from moms with a business on the side, to entrepreneurs, to executives.

Alex spent 3 months coaching me earlier this year. I was feeling stuck in a job I sort of liked and a so-so company, but I didn't want to let anyone down by leaving. Alex, through her intuitive nature, was able to help me pull out why I stayed, which was so much deeper than just feeling loyalty to my boss. It was a deeply conditioned trait and we did several weeks of work around this people pleasing need. I had such a great experience with Alex that I even just scheduled an ad hoc session about a deeply personal issue that just came up. She educated me on some ideas to address my issue and I came away from our call with more clarity on how I wanted to get closure and resolution. Thank you, Alex!

Coaching with Alex has been amazing. She helped me see things I wasn't seeing and get past my own blocks and fears. Before our coaching, I was feeling unclear about my direction, and super stressed that I was unclear, and beating myself up about not being further along. In coaching, I've been able to gain clarity, and make headway in my career, but way more importantly than that, start feeling more peace each day in the realization that I'm doing enough. Alex is a brilliant coach. She really listens and picks up on those "golden nuggets" that lead to the ah-hah's and breakthroughs. And her processes and techniques are powerful. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 60 Minute "Now What?" Strategy Session to get a feel for what the client is looking for, and for the client to get to know me and my style a little better. Following that, I suggest the client signs up for a package to address specific goals she has. At the start of the package, I have the client fill out an intake form to take her deeper into exploring what she wants to get out of the coaching package and how I can support her. I also have the client take an assessment called Energy Leadership Index Assessment for which I am certified as a master practitioner. This assessment is used as a sort of "speed dating" tool that uncovers limiting thought patterns faster than I could in several sessions. It ensures that the work we do together dives right in from day 1. My clients also receive a year subscription to Headspace, a meditation tool, as well as email support and access to me and my community of clients and other alpha women.

I am a Certified Professional Coach through the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner through iPEC.
