- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your home is special and each HVAC project is unique. We do offer standard pricing on routine maintenance and diagnostic charges, but our custom installations have an array of variables that affect pricing. The size of your home, the state of existing equipment and the proposed new equipment will impact the price of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet with all new customers and start with a complete review of their existing equipment. From there we ask the customer exactly what they are looking to accomplish, and then we educate on all possible solutions and money saving opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to decades of experience our team has various training certificates. Our certifications include: EPA certified, NATE certified, Heat Exchanger Certified. We also work with our HVAC manufacturers regularly to ensure we have up to date training on all equipment we install.
