Introduction: The services that I offer are very unique. I train out of a private gym with individuals of many different activity and ability levels. I am experienced in training athletes on increasing speed and agility, kids, weight loss clients, muscle gain clients, injured individuals in need of corrective exercises and small groups. One thing that is unique to training with me is that I have had many of the same goals as my clients. I have gone through weight gain, hormonal disorders, problems with my health that required me to become active and food allergies. I have a full understanding of what it's like to be in in the same boat as many of my clients which gives me firsthand experience to use as i coach my clients to their full potential. Another way that I make my approach unique is that I like to get a well rounded profile of the individual I am working with. Upon contacting me for personal training, I will schedule an initial assessment with you including a complementary 30 minute workout and a 30 minute meeting following the workout where we will discuss strengths and weaknesses I found in your performance, nutrition and supplementation. Every individual will receive the same 3 step approach to reaching their goals because I believe that exercise without nutrition and supplementation can often result in seeing no progress. What I enjoy the most about personal training is seeing the mental and physical effect that it has on each individual. I was once a beginner, just like the majority of the clients that I train. I understand how it feels to be out of shape and to be desperate for a lifestyle change. I love that I am the person that is able facilitate the process that allows my clients' greatest desires to become tangible. The fact that no one is alike challenges me to become a better trainer by opening up different options for training and different approaches for each person. Not only does the body change throughout the course of training, but the mind is significantly changed as well. The biggest reward that I get out of being a personal trainer is seeing the increase in confidence and self worth among the people that I train. By working on creating the best "you" through exercise, you also work on being the best "you" mentally. I have a genuine passion to push people to their limits and allow their inner motivation and drive to take over.

I asked Lauren to take an outside look into my training regiment a few years ago when I met her to see if there was something I was missing. I couldn't gain any more muscle and my strength wasn't increasing, I was frustrated going to the gym everyday to see no improvements. After only 4 weeks of taking Lauren's advice I made vast improvements that would have taken me months to undergo. As a full time student I hadn't had the time to research the most effective workouts and nutrition for my body. She was effectively able to look at my then current regiment and switch up many key elements I had missed. She also offered me consistency and accountability along with intensity to my training I had never experienced before. She was able to custom fit an eating and lifting plan to my specific needs that was both easy to follow and modify, yet extremely effective. Lauren has still to this day helped me to create the type of physique I have always wanted and I truly owe it all to her and her training. When she says if you give her the effort she expects from you, and her plan will get you to your goals, she means it. I have had an incredible time training with Lauren, along with her support and guidance along the path to my goals far exceeded my expectaions of a trainer. Bottom line, if you want to go places with your training and reach the highest goals you have set for yourself, hire Lauren Logan. Your future self will thank you!

Lauren is a hands-on trainer who will work with you to gain muscle and/or lose weight. She developed workout plans to meet my goals, supported me at the gym and explained the purpose behind the exercises and how they contributed to my muscle growth. She is flexible, personable and a professional. I highly recommend her if you are looking to challenge yourself and get fit.

Lauren has been my trainer for a while now and I think she's one of the best trainers Iv ever had. She really listens to me and takes what I want and in incoperates that in my workouts and my diet. She takes the time to really understand your body to optimize the best results that you can get. She is also very motivating and attentive coach and is always making sure your staying on track with what your supposed to do which I love because it shows how she truley cares about her clients.

Lauren is an excellent trainer! She works hard to provide the right training plan for you. She will work with you around your limitations and help you surpass them. She has helped me lose weight but not only that, she has helped me gain muscle and a better outlook on myself.

Working with Lauren was easily the best decision I could've made. I lost some stagnant weight that's been with me for years and gained a new and positive attitude towards working out and eating right. It's not an easy task to get where you want to be and Lauren understands that so she meet me where I was and we worked from there. She encouraged me to keep going and always kept it real because this stuff is tough. So if you're looking for a trainer to get you where you want to be, then look no further because this girl gets it when it comes to making a big change with little time in your busy life.
