- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different automation and technology integration services so it's hard to give an exact price. The standard pricing system for our services is $90.00 hourly (4hr minimum - 2 workers for 2 hours), with a $60.00 travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to see the house or office first and then discuss what it is the client wants before quoting it. We will help our client's brainstorm the solutions they might need for their home or office. Most people don't understand the complexity of getting an automation and technology integration job done properly and to code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Shawnon, went through a 5 year apprenticeship program in the Electrical Union in SF. He also contracted for Apple retail and not only helped build their stores around the US but worked with and consulted Apple Retail Development in Cupertino.
