- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scale of the project and the amount of time we will spend working on the project. Whether or not we will be working remote or not also factors in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when initially engaging with a client, we have a phone consultation so that we can better understand a vision and goals of the company. Once we have been properly conveyed what's needed, we put together a broad plan for the company. After the client is satisfied with our analysis and proposal, we move forward with the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I conceptualized, chartered and implemented my own successful business, Zion Health and Wellness. I have operated the company for over 4 years, expanding all throughout the west coast. I trained and worked as an apprentice for two management consultants for a year and a half, learning the day to day nuances of business management. Having obtained a B.A. in Sociology from San Jose State with a concentration in counseling, I am well prepared to deal with different personalities. Additionally, I know how to put anticipate market trends and social acceptance due to my experience working closely with people from all walks of life. I have a 120 TEFL course certificate and have worked as a published journalist.
